Remember that Pituitary body types should eat the most in the morning, a lite lunch and then have their lightest meal of the day for dinner.

Here is a sample menu for one day:

Breakfast:

-4oz of lean beef, pork, dark poultry meat, lamb or organ meat
-1 serving of whole grains: 1 slice of bread, ½ cup brown rice, whole wheat, millet, quinoa or whole grain crackers
-1 cup of decaf coffee or tea

Wait at least 4 hours before eating lunch.

Lunch:

At least 1 cup of cooked or raw veggies
-1 tsp. clear diet dressing (not creamy)
-4 ounces of fish, chicken or shellfish
-1 serving of whole grains
-1 small piece of fruit

Wait at least 6 hours before eating dinner.

Dinner:

-4 ounces of white poultry or fish, or 2 eggs
-Fresh vegetables, steamed or raw, as much as you like
-1 piece of fruit

No snacking in between meals is highly recommended, but if you find that you absolutely need a snack, try to snack on meat such as cooked hamburger, and avoid things like dairy or complex carbohydrates.
