For convenience, you can prepare enough of Vegetable Soup for several days. It keeps well in the refrigerator, and you can just heat up a serving whenever you like.

Gonadal Type Vegetable Soup
-Zucchini
-Beet Tops
-Romaine lettuce
-Watercress
-Cucumber
-Parsley

Cut the vegetables into chunks, using as much as you like, but approximately equal amounts of each. We recommend using about ⅓ cup of each vegetable per serving.

Place in a pot with water, or in chicken stock from which you have skimmed all the fat.

Cook for 5–10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

You may eat as is or puree lightly in a blender if you prefer. A pinch of salt and pepper only is permitted.
